Inquests have been opened at Oxford Coroner’s Court into the deaths of 10 people.

Peter Nuttall, 75, suffered a fall at his home in Main Street, Over Norton. The project manager was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital but died on July 6. The cause of his death was given as acute subdural haemorrhage, or bleed on the brain. A full inquest will take place on September 13.

Scaffolder Luke Venn, 32, died at his home in The Green, Steventon, on July 10. His cause of death was reported to be hanging. An inquest will be held on October 20.

Margaret Postbeschild, 90, a widowed primary school teaching assistant. She died at the John Radcliffe Hospital on July 11 from pneumonia, stroke and traumatic carotid dissection. Mrs Postbechild had been admitted to hospital after being found at her home in Feilden Close, Ducklington, on July 8 following a ‘likely fall’. A full inquest will take place on August 17.

Retired car assembly worker Norman Coppock, 94, died at the John Radcliffe Hospital on July 6. He died after accidentally inhaling food into his airway, it was reported. Mr Coppock had been a resident at Yarnton Nursing Home before his admission to hospital. A full inquest will be held on November 30.

James Collinson, 75, of Lime Grove, Milton-under-Wychwood, died at his home from malignant mesothelioma on July 8. The business owner’s full inquest will be held on October 18.

Virginia Mukombozi, 76, of St Clements, Oxford, died on July 9, two days after she was admitted to the Churchill Hospital. During her time at the Oxford hospital she suffered two falls. The cause of death was reportedly acute subdural haematoma and a rare blood cancer called Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritis Cell Neoplasm. Her full inquest will take place on December 14.

Garry Wright, 39, of Church Leys Field, Ambrosden, died at his home on July 10. The cause of the logistics manager’s death was reported to be hanging. A full inquest will be held on November 17.

PhD student Lars Jakobsson, 29, was found dead at his home in Thackley End, Oxford, on July 5. The cause of death was reportedly hanging. His inquest will take place on November 16.

Marcin Sadowski, 31, died at his home in Monk Close, Drayton, on July 11. The cause of his death was said to be hanging. A full inquest will be held on November 16.

Beata Danielewicz, a 46-year-old cleaner who lived in Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, died at her home on May 12. The cause of death was reportedly acute alcohol intoxication. Her inquest will take place on November 30.
