CELEBRITY fitness guru Joe Wicks is to tour the country in a Mini, to encourage people to live a healthier life.

Mr Wicks is taking ‘PE With Joe’ on the road for the second year running, with the help of Oxford’s very own Mini Plant.

His seven-stop road trip, in a Mini Countryman, will include a visit to Waddeson Manor, near Bicester, on August 2.

“I’m really excited to be taking PE With Joe on the road again with Mini, and meeting so many amazing people dedicated to keeping fit and having fun,” he said.

“Last year was such an incredible and humbling experience. Meeting everyone that came along and hearing their inspiring stories meant so much to me.

“It really emphasised the importance of moving your body, not just for keeping fit, but for the truly positive impact it can have on your mental health.”

Last year, Mr Wicks raised £50,000 for Children in Need, with all proceeds again to be donated to the BBC charity.

The tour kicks off on July 31 at Forde Abbey, Somerset, and will take in five more locations before ending at Scone Place, Perth, on August 6.
