The rail operator has also said it will put on an enhanced service between between Marylebone and Birmingham Moor Street, with specially lengthened trains.
Due to the over-length trains, local services serving Kings Sutton, Hatton and Lapworth will be replaced by buses as follows:
- Bicester North - Kings Sutton – Banbury
- Warwick Parkway - Hatton - Lapworth – Dorridge
Chiltern Railways will be running a further-amended timetable on this date, in conjunction with the Harry Styles concert at Wembley.
Further to this, it is likely that speed restrictions will be imposed on various parts of the Chiltern Railways network by Network Rail because of the hot weather.
This will mean that train journeys will take much longer than usual and there are likely to be delays, cancellations and late notice changes to the timetable.
