A crew from Bicester Fire Station arrived on the scene and firefighters carried out first aid checks on the two people involved in the crash.

There was a small amount of fuel leaking from the engine of the vehicle, which was dealt with by the team.

A spokesperson for Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue said: “This was one of two collisions within a mile of each other, the first we stopped at enroute but fortunately there were no injuries so attended to this initial call.”
