An Oxfordshire heritage group is inviting members to enjoy additional benefits under new membership tiers named after old RAF aircraft engines.

Bicester Heritage’s membership club, Scramblers, has welcomed over 6000 people to date, all of whom have enjoyed access to exclusive events and benefits.

Now, in the lead up to its first birthday in June, Scramblers is expanding its membership tiers to provide members with a range of perks that are exclusive to Bicester Heritage.

The two new membership options, Pegasus and Merlin, are named after engines that powered aircraft stationed at Bicester Heritage when it was an RAF base.

Additional benefits for members who opt into the new tiers include the opportunity to enjoy a car portrait or photographic session at the historic Bicester Heritage location, up to four included tickets to the signature Scramble! events, and discounts on purchases at on-site businesses such as The Wiggly Monkey Brewery, Skywave Gin and The Road Rat.

Scramblers exists to celebrate the historic motoring sector and the driving and preservation of classic cars.

Phillip White, Associate Director, Brand and Marketing at Bicester Heritage, said: “It’s an exciting time for Scramblers as we expand our membership tiers and the additional benefits that these bring.

“Sharing the magic of Bicester, not just during events but day-to-day, is what Scramblers is all about.”
