THERE are three-mile tailbacks on the M40 near Bicester this afternoon as emergency repairs are being made to the central reservation.
Junction 9 southbound is closed as the works, which started earlier today, continue.

It is not yet known what caused the central reservation damage.
This has now turned into a full junction closure as we work to complete repairs at scene. Exit and re-join at junction 9, no emergency diversion route deployed.
