ANDREW BROWN, 59, of Rose Hill, Oxford, was served with a 28-day domestic violence protection order on August 23 for the protection of a woman. He must not contact the woman directly or indirectly, threaten her with violence, threaten to cause damage to her property, behave in a way that would cause her to fear the use of violence or act in an aggressive, threatening or abusive manner towards her. He is also prohibited from entering a premises.

KYRAE COOPER, 20, of Elder Way, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis on June 26, 2019, in Oxford. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85. The cannabis was seized and destroyed.

HASAN ZUBAIR, 19, of Alma Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man and stealing a ring doorbell belonging to him in Banbury on May 24. He was fined £60 and was ordered to pay compensation of £89, a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

MATTHEW KETTLE, 37, of Reliance Way, Long Hanborough, admitted drink driving in Long Hanborough on February 1. He had 133 milligrams of alcohol per 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £440 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85.

JAKUS BUCHELT, 35, of Coopers Green, Bicester, was convicted of speeding on the A34 at Chilton on May 27. He was travelling at a speed exceeding 70mph. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

HEATHER EISENHUT, 42, of Temple Mill Road, Sibford Gower, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between May 5 and June 2 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHARLES FEATHER, 58, of Middle Way, Oxford, admitted speeding in Middleton Stoney on March 3. He was travelling at a speed of 36mph in a 30mph zone. He was fined £68 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. His driving license was endorsed with three penalty points.

FOUAD ATEF FAYED FOUAD, 35, of Marlborough Road, Banbury, admitted speeding on the M40 in Berkshire on June 17. He was travelling at a speed exceeding 70mph. He was fined £119 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ASAD KHAN, 25, of Easington Road, Banbury, admitted driving without third party insurance on Easington Road, Banbury, on March 5. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KRISZTINA KOSZTICS, 23, of Cowley Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding on Cowley Road, Oxford, on March 7. She was travelling at a speed of 38mph in a 30mph zone. JAMIE LYNCH, 35, of Springfield Close, Watlington, admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so by a police officer on West Wycombe Road and Oakridge Road in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, on April 12. He was fined £29 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

DAWID MANKOWSKI, 28, of Berry Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 70mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 Marcham on May 24. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

BENJAMIM BARBOSA DE LEMOS NETO, 27, of Pennywell Drive, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 40mph in a 30mph zone on Banbury Road, Oxford, on February 9. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

CALLUM DAVID WILLIAM REYNOLDS-ROLFE, 19, of Cranmer Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a driving licence and without third party insurance on June 28 in Oxford. He was fined £55 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ADRIAN RICHARDSON, 47, of Mill Lane, East Hendred, was convicted of speeding by driving 53mph in a 30mph zone in Wantage on June 8. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOSE ROBERTO RODRIGUES, 43, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, was convicted of permitting the driving of a vehicle without a licence and without third party insurance on June 11 in Didcot. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LOTTA SCHNEIDEMESSER, 32, of Arthray Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 59mph in a 50mph zone on March 18 on the A420 in Cumnor. She was fined £68 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

FILIPE ANDRE ANTUNES GONCALVES, 22, of Lockheart Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of two counts of speeding by driving 37mph and 36mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on January 1. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 for each of the individual offences and his driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
