Have you seen a man running through town wearing handcuffs?
POLICE are desperately hunting for a man who 'seriously assaulted' a police officer before running away in handcuffs.
Cherwell Police said he had made off this afternoon after being initially arrested in Chipping Norton.
He ran away down a hill on Hayley Road.
He is described as a black man, in his 20s, wearing black trousers, a black T-shirt with writing on and handcuffs on the front.
If anybody spots him call police immediately quoting the URN 676 13/08/2020
