A NEW store is offering flavours from Romania to residents in Witney.
Married couple Carmen and Dorin Rotiu opened Gusturi Romanesti, which translates as Romanian tastes, on July 6 in Corn Street.
The couple said that prior to the store opening, people looking for Romanian specialities had to travel more than 25 miles to get to the nearest shop.

Despite the coronavirus pandemic, the duo were able to set up and open the shop in less than a month after picking up the keys.
Snacks, stews, and traditional products such as eggplant zacusca, a vegetable spread made from roasted eggplant, tomatoes and red peppers, or cozonac, a sweetbread recipe with nuts, raisins and cocoa, are all on offer.
The store is open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm, and can be located at 89 Corn Street.
Find them on Facebook at Gusturi Romanesti - Grocery Store Witney.
