PEOPLE have until the end of tomorrow to comment on plans to close a series of laybys on the A40 because of what Oxfordshire County Council called 'antisocial behaviour' and 'inappropriate' parking.

The authority last month launched a public consultation ahead of the proposal, which would shut the laybys on either side of the carriageway at Forest Hill.

If approved, the rest areas would be removed altogether and vehicle access would be closed.

The location of the laybys affected is near to the junction of Church Hill.
