DRIVERS in Kidlington have been checked for speeding by Thames Valley Police as more motorists return to the roads.
Posting today on social media, the force said officers from the Roads Policing Unit at Bicester monitored spots including the junction of Lyne Road and found only two people needed to be stopped for 'advice'.

The post said: "Speed is a crucial factor in road traffic collisions and driving at excess speed increases the likelihood of serious injury and even death.
"With more vehicles back on the road this week and the NHS at full service capacity, please drive responsibly and stay within the speed limit."
