Joseph Peter MOURIER, 30, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man in Oxford on October 13. He was fined £323 and must pay compensation of £200 and court costs of £85.

Simon John KENNEDY, 46, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis at Abingdon Police Station on May 30. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

Aaron John Albert WHITE, 27, of no fixed abode, admitted damaging a police car to a value unknown on November 16 in Oxford. He must pay compensation of £682.

CHRIS LEWIS, 45, of Britannia Road, Banbury, was convicted of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress as well as being drunk in charge of a child under seven in Banbury on November 2. He was fined a total of £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £200.

MATTHEW JAMES DAVIES, 36, of Harrold Hicks Place, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on August 10. He was given a conditional discharge for nine months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21.

ALAN DAVID LOBB, 36, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted possessing a quantity of cocaine and heroin at Abingdon police station on July 3. He was fined a total of £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

SCOTT ANTHONY ROBERT SWANDLE, 31, of Welford Gardens, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman in Abingdon on September 24. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85 and obey a restraining order.

Terrance Wayne HANKS, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted two counts of using abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on January 3 and February 4 in Oxford. He was fined a total of £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

FAY HOURIGAN, 33, of Hastings Road, Banbury, admitted drink driving on November 9 in Banbury. She had 66 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £162 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £100 and she was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

MATTHEW MANLY, 42, of Danesmoor, Banbury, admitted stealing perfume valued at £186 from Debenhams, Banbury, on January 20 as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21.

AARON SHALLIS, 42, of Canal Street, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to the front window of a flat to a value unknown on January 19 in Oxford. He must pay compensation of £150.

LUCAS MYLES SMITH, 22, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted harassment without violence against a woman in Banbury between January 11 and 12 and possession of a quantity of cannabis. He was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

MAX JOHN FACY, 19, of The Avenue, Chinnor, was convicted of speeding by driving 50mph in a 30mph zone on Shirburn Road, Watlington, on October 4. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

DAVID ARCHER, 52, of Winter Lane, Wantage, was convicted of failing to give information about the identity of a driver alleged to have been guilty of a driving offence between September 12 and October 10 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

KAREN AREMA DEWAR, 53, of Malyns Close, Chinnor, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 in West Wycombe on July 23, 2019. She was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

JANE FERREIRA DO SANTOS LOPES, 41, of Overmead, Abingdon, was convicted of driving at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Rose Hill on July 23, 2019. She was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. Her driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.

VANESSA GARCIA OLALLA HILLA, 39, of Bury Street, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to give the identification of a driver wo was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between September 9 and October 7 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £66 as well as court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

CLIVE GILKS, 59, of The Springs, Witney, admitted driving at 50mph in a 30mph zone on Ducklington Lane in Witney on December 15. He was fined £406 and ordered to pay £40 as well as £85 in court costs. His driving record was also endorsed with six penalty points.

PETER HENRY GULLEY, 51, of Orchard House, Stream Road, Didcot, admitted driving at 40mph in a 30mph zone on July 20 on Finchampstead Road in Wokingham. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
