A FLY-TIPPER has been ordered to pay £700 after dumping waste on the road.
Jason Paul Turley, of Herald Gardens, Longworth, admitted leaving rubbish on an unnamed road near the B4019 on May 10. The 40-year-old appeared at Oxford Magistrates Court on January 20 and he was fined £135 and ordered to pay £700 in costs.
