The Science Oxford Centre is full of family fun this February half term with a range of events for Children and families.

The Science Oxford Centre in Headington, is the UK’s first indoor-outdoor science education centre for early years and primary-aged children.

Next week the Science Oxford Centre is opening its doors to families to explore a wide range of hands-on exhibits.

On the Family Open Day on February 15, children can watch water freeze, build giant marble runs, listen to music through their teeth, and see what’s hot and what’s not with the thermal camera.

On February 17, The museum of Oxford will be hosting events for children aged five to seven.

These events will explore if chocolate can burn, find out if it is possible to make an anchor out of polystyrene and find out what the best material is to make a bouncy ball with.
