A NURSERY described as a 'rich hive of activity' has gained glowing feedback from Ofsted.
St Thomas's Day Nursery in Oxford, behind Frideswide Square, has been rated 'good' with 'outstanding' features.
A new report, published last week, said: "Children thrive and settle quickly in this exceptionally friendly, welcoming nursery.
"It is a rich hive of activity both inside and outdoors.
"Children's behaviour is exemplary - they play harmoniously together and understand the need to share and take turns."

The nursery opened in 1986 and had 44 children on roll during Ofsted's visit last month.
Inspectors said children's transition from home to the nursery is 'tailored impeccably to the needs of each child and their family'.
They said children develop 'incredibly secure emotional attachments' to staff.
It was rated 'good' overall and 'outstanding' for behaviour and attitudes, and for personal development.
It had previously been rated 'outstanding' overall in 2015.
