Broke-down vehicle causes delays on M40
A broken-down vehicle caused delays this morning on the M40 northbound entry slip road at Banbury.
From 8am onwards drivers were asked to approch the area with caution to avoid being stuck in traffic.

The car was obstructing slip lane one.
Highways England said that traffic officers were sent to clear the vehicle away.
