A MAN has been charged with fraud after a stolen debit card was used to buy a games console.
The card had belonged to a 94-year-old man, and was used on March 15 to pay for the device.
Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, Donny Adrian Germaine Sam has been charged with one count of fraud by false representation.
The 46-year-old, of no fixed abode, was charged via postal requisition on November 8.
Sam is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on December 10.
