Matthew Paul Grimes, 34, of Wessex Road, Didcot, admitted drug driving on the A4130 link road in Didcot on May 24. He had been using cannabis and had 4.3 micrograms of THC per litre of blood, exceeding the limit. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and £85 court costs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Florin Haralambie, 47, of West Street, Banbury, admitted driving without a licence on Southam Road, Banbury, on September 4. He also admitted drink driving on the same date. He had 68 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath. He was fined £280 and ordered to pay £32 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Mohammed Najadi, 31, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing sportswear from a shop in Reading on April 2. He also admitted to failing to surrender to custody. He was ordered to follow a community sentence. He must take part in drug dependency treatment for 12 months. Najadi also admitted stealing Rayban sunglasses and six perfumes from a shop in Reading on July 7. Najadi also admitted damaging a slot machine on May 2, and sealing a bicycle on April 30. He was ordered to pay compensation totalling £700 for this. Najadi admitted interfering with three different cars on Iffley Road on August 4. He also admitted to stealing from Tesco on Cowley Road on August 3, August 5, and September 13.

Roland Nuzi, 24, of Brampton Road, Oxford, was convicted of assault by beating at the White Horse on London Road, Headington on May 26. He was also found guilty of causing criminal damage to the property. He was fined £150. He was also ordered to pay £150 compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £200 court costs.

Lee Matthews, 41, of Potash Mead, Wallingford, was convicted of assault at Millets Farm Abingdon on October 14, 2018. He was ordered to follow a community sentence. He must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £1,000 compensation, as well as a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £775.

Jacqueline Elizabeth Gray, 77, of Lakeside, Oxford, was convicted of speeding on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on February 9. She was travelling at 36 mph on a road where the legal limit was 30 mph. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.

Esmat Hotak, 20, of Saunders Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence on March 23, at South Parks Road, Oxford. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.

Charlotte Ann Maggs, of Fairmile, Henley on Thames, was convicted of speeding on the A4074 at Crowmarsh on January 29. She was driving at 46 mph on a road where the legal limit is 40 mph. She was fined £146 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Neil James Manly, 28, of Woodfield, Ruscot, admitted driving without insurance on November 6, 2018 on Wellington Avenue, Banbury. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £50. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.

LUKAS MOSES VANDERHYDE, 25, of Bartlemas Close, Oxford, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis on August 29 in Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £50.

Iain ANDREW MILLIGAN, 29, of Thomson Terrace, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause feat of violence on September 7 at Gloucester Green, Oxford. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victims surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.

Peter JAMES QUINN, 26, of Crescent Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man in Abingdon as well as causing criminal damage to a police cell at Abingdon police station to the value of £78 and a cordless phone to the value of £70 on September 20. Also admitted indecent behaviour at a police station. He was jailed for 10 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

Christopher KARL SMITH, 37, of Aldebarton Drive, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on August 11 in Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

CHRISTOPHER PAUL GREEN, 37, of Samuelson Court, Banbury, admitted stealing a bottle of wine to a value unknown from Co Op, Banbury, on September 22 and being in breach of a conditional discharge. He was fined a total of £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

MICHAEL YEARWOOD, 41, of Boxhill Walk, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on September 21. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £ 21 and court costs of £40.

DAWID MIECZSLAW IWONA CMIEL, 29, of Painswick Close, Witney, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on August 30. He was fined a total of £115 and must also pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85.

SHELDON GALLACHER, 24, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a woman at Cromwell Street, Oxford, on January 17. He was fined £120 and must pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Helena MICHELLE WARD-ACKLAND, 54, of Mallard Drive, Witney, admitted being drunk and disorderly while at Mallard Drive, Witney, on September 8. She was given a conditional discharge for a total of six months she must also pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £40.

SAVANNAH DAWSON, 25, of Cowslip Gate, Didcot, was convicted of using a colour television set without a valid television licence on January 12. She was fined a total of £60 and must also pay court costs of £125.

KEAN OWEN ONEIIL, 22, of Danes Road, Bicester, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm of distress on August 17 at Queens Avenue, Bicester. He was fined £66 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

EMMA ANNE WEBB, 31, of Abbott Road, Didcot, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Malborough Club, Didcot, on August 21. She was fined £66 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.
