Concerns grow for missing vulnerable man as police launch appeal
POLICE have appealed for information to find a missing vulnerable man.
Billy Robinson has gone missing from Chichester.
Fears are growing for the 25-year-old who was last seen in the area at 6pm on September 17.
The force says Billy is 6ft 5ins with short dark hair, and wore a bright blue polo shirt, dark blue cotton tracksuit bottoms, and black and white Nike trainers.
Though he may also be wearing a grey and white hodded top and could be carrying a small black bag.
Anyone who sees him is asked not to approach him, but to dial 999 and quote 1281 of 17/09.
