MOTORISTS have been warned to expect 'long delays' after an incident northbound on the A34 this afternoon.
Oxfordshire County Council tweeted about delays on the road at 5.45pm, saying an 'incident', believed to be a crash, northbound just after Hinksey Hill was blocking lane one.
The tweet said queues were stretching back as far as Abingdon north, and advised alternate routes if possible.
