A RIDE-ON lawn mower burst into flames and destroyed the front of a house.
The fire broke out on Sunday afternoon and crews from around Oxfordshire rushed to the scene in Langford.
The firefighters had to tackle the flames while battling with empty gas cyclinders which could have exploded.

The crews - from Caterton, Faringdon and Rewley Road - also had to treat a neighbour who had cut her head open whilst falling over before an ambulance arrived and took over.

The team used high pressure hose reels to put out the blaze and make sure it didn't spread any further.
