"New developments like St Jude’s Meadow mean we are able to offer additional affordable properties to rent whilst our shared ownership homes can help more people take their first step on the property ladder.
“These new homes will be of great benefit for young professionals, families and those looking to downsize."
A shared ownership three-bedroom home on the site is likely to cost £310,000, while a two-bedroom flat is likely to be in the region of £230,000 - 235,000
