The status comes from a nationwide global eco-driver performance scheme by GreenRoad, a company who provides telematics systems for professional drivers around the world including all Stagecoach buses.

It gives drivers instant feedback on their driving manoeuvres through a traffic-light LED system on the dashboard.

All drivers who receive the Master Fleet Elite status receive a special badge in recognition of their achievement.
