“While everyone has an idea of their dream home or career, it is so important that people get a healthy work-life balance and don’t sacrifice their mental wellbeing.”
2,000 UK workers were surveyed in the study, with York and London commuters (both on 51 per cent) being the most stressed.
Bristol's commuters had the least stress, on 29 per cent.
The percentage nationwide rises dramatically among 25-34 year olds.
