FIREFIGHTERS were scrambled to a 'rapidly spreading' fire which could be seen two miles away as it took hold of a swimming pool outbuilding.
Crews from Bicester rushed to the scene as the fire continued to spread to the conifer trees nearby in Upper Heyford.
It happened on Saturday at 7.30pm.
Bicester Fire Station crews said it was because of the tall conifer trees catching fire that the blaze could be seen two miles away.
They stayed on the scene for three hours tackling the fire believed to be started accidentally and nobody was hurt.
