KRYASTAN MUCHA, 22, of Curtis Close, Watchfield, admitted unlawful possession of a knuckle duster as well as using a vehicle without third party insurance on January 6 at Watchfield. He was fined £150 for each offence and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RESHAM SINGH, 27, of Bagley Close, Kennington, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon police station and failing to co-operate with a preliminary roadside breath test at Sainsbury’s Filling Station, Oxford, on January 6. He was fined a total of £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

ASHLEY EADLE, 29, of Wellington Road, Thame, admitted possession of a quantity of cocaine at Abingdon on June 19. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

SEAN DENTON, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted attempted theft of a pedal cycle on January 19 at Oxford as well as six counts of thefts of pedal cycles from various locations and dates in Oxford. He was jailed for a total of 16 weeks and must compensation totalling £450.

DANIEL MALIK, 18, of Newman Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on May 28 at Oxford. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150 and was disqualified from driving for three months.

ANN ROONEY, 33, of Field Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of stealing fragrance gift sets valued at £216.98 on December 8, fragrance gift sets valued at £304 on November 24 and fragrance gift sets valued at £280 on October 28 from Boots, Oxford, as well as goods valued at £314.60 from Debenhams, Oxford, on December 14. She was made subject to a community order to include an electronic curfew and a 12-month exclusion not to enter Boots, Cowley and Debenhams, Oxford. She must also pay compensation of £300.

ESHA AKRAM, 26, of Elmhurst Way, Carterton,.was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between July 30 and August 27 at Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DONATO CAPIELLO, 48, of Dean Court Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 48 mph in a 30 mph area at Woodstock Road, Oxford, on June 7. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

PETER CAPON, 36, of Allin Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 44 mph in a 30 mph area at Oxford on June 10. Fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

WALTER FLEET, 47, of Yarnton Road, Kidlington, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between August 1 and 29. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JONATHAN HALLIDAY, 38, of Meadow Way, Yarnton, was convicted of speeding at 43mph in a 30mph zone in Oxford Road, Woodstock, on June 14. Fined £392, must pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

ELIZABETH HALSEY, 67, of Farm Lane, Witney, was convicted of speeding at 39mph in a 30mph zone in Duckington Lane, Witney, on June 7. Fined £253, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

KEN HUGGINS, 64, of Goldcrest Way, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between August 2 and August 30. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ANDREW MURRAY, 51, of Alfred Street, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between August 20 and September 17. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

PETER TURPIN, 51, of Parsons Mead, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding at 50mph in a 40mph zone on the A41, Bicester, on July 17. Fined £50, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

ALEXANDER BELL, 47, of Crescent Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by going to an address in Oxford on January 17. A community order was made and he must attend a building better relationships programme for 30 days. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay an £85 victim surcharge.
