BANBURY

LARS FRANDSE, 48, of Sandpiper Close, Bicester, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on November 4 at Bicester. Had 101mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 28 months.

WILLIAM LINDSLE, 69, of Foundry Street, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on November 3 at Banbury. Had 52mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £166 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Abdulqadeer KHAN, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a man in Oxford on November 20. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and unpaid work for 80 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

TERRANCE NEILL, 50, of Beatrice Drive, Banbury, admitted sending a letter to a woman which was grossly offensive or indecent on September 9 in Banbury. He was fined £60 and must pay court costs of £100.

JOANNE COUGHLA, 41, of Merton Street, Banbury, admitted stealing a wallet containing cash and a credit card to the value of £30 at Banbury on August 10 as well as fraud by purchasing alcohol, cigarettes and mobile phone credit valued at £115.10 using the stolen credit card. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation totalling £150.10 and court costs of £150.

JOSHUA WOODHOUSE, 25, of Linnet Road, Bodicote, Banbury, admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver at Banbury between March 12 and April 9. He was fined £630 and must pay a victim surcharge of £63 and court costs of £150.

JOE PITTAWAY, 23, of Foxburrow Lane, Witney, admitted possessing a quantity of cocaine at the Westgate Centre, Oxford, on November 4 as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a fine of £120, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

RICHARD BROOKS, 46, of Westwater Way, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving above the 70mph speed limit at the A34 Milton on August 14. He was fined £519 and must pay a victim surcharge of £51, court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 40 days.

CLIFFORD HONE, 55, of Owens Way, Oxford, was convicted of using a mobile phone while driving at Between Towns Road, Oxford, on July 24. He was fined £99 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

EDDIE TUCKER, of Kynaston Road, Didcot, admitted failing to ensure his child was regularly attending school between March 14 and May 22. Fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £176.

MICHAEL BROGDEN, 55, of The Causeway, East Hanney, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Boars Hill, Oxford, on August 5. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

RARES COSTIN, 28, of Fergusson Road, Banbury, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a licence on the A44 on July 12. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

ELLIOT HULME, 42, of Warwick Street, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Iffley Road, Oxford, on August 17. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

RAYMOND CHITTOCK, 22, of Mathews Way, Wootton, near Abingdon, was convicted of speeding at 51mph in a 30mph zone in Botley Road, Oxford, on February 22. Fined £180, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

DANIEL SMITH, 22, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between April 13 and May 11. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

ADRIAN FORBES, 49, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man occasioning him actual bodily harm in Didcot on September, 25, 2017 and stealing tobacco tin from a man on September, 25, 2017. Community order made and he was placed under curfew between 6pm and 6am for three months. Must pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

ANDREW HARVEY, 50, of Oxford Road, Abingdon, was convicted of causing racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress in Littlemore on October, 2, 2017. Conditionally discharged for 18 months, must pay £100 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £200 court costs.

MARK JASON KILBEE, 48, of Purland Close, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on November 6. Community order made and he must not enter a house in Oxford for six weeks. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85, court costs of £85.

STEVEN PERSAUD, 36, of Thames Street, Oxford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by attempting to enter a flat in Oxford on October 29. A community order was made and he must have treatment for alcohol dependency for nine months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85.
