TWO Oxfordshire pubs have been praised for their dog-friendly approach ranking them the best in the region.
The Black Prince in Woodstock was voted the best county pub which ranked fourth in the online dog sitting site DogBuddy's Dog-friendly Pub Awards 2018.
The pub online says "We are well known for our treatment of all our dog visitors, and take pride on being Woodstock’s best dog-friendly venue.
"Well behaved dogs might even get treated to a biscuit or two from our dog loving staff."
Jacobs Plough in Bicester was close behind ranking at number five in the south east.
The pair were praised for being in the top ten most dog-friendly pubs in the region, encouraging people to head out for a pint with their pets.
