AN OXFORD Italian eatery has branched out to and parked up at Bicester Village.

Buongiorno e Buonasera, which has a shop in Gloucester Green and another in Headington, has opened its first mobile operation.

The Italian has taken to three wheels of a Piaggio Ape and parked up at the designer outlet in Bicester.

It is offering up the promise of the same quality of pizza that you will find in its shops, for having a quick bite at Bicester Village.

Buongiorno e Buonasera founder Alessandro Blanchetti said: "We are delighted that our first mobile offering will be taking up residence in Bicester Village, so close to where the Buongiorno e Buonasera's journey began.”

The Oxford Italian first opened in the city in 2016 offering up people in Oxford authentic Roman pizzas, including the signature oval shaped dough base made from organic, non-GMO wheat, soy and rice flour, and left leavening for 48 hours.

The Piaggio Ape is expected to offer a weekly special and a range of soft drinks for shoppers at Bicester Village.

The Bicester Village Piaggio Ape is Buongiorno e Buonasera’s fourth site overall, with the two eateries already in Oxford's city centre and just outside in Headington.

Earlier this year, Buongiorno e Buonasera moved onto the London food scene by opening a new pizzeria on Baker Street, Marylebone.

The street food van will join others at Bicester Village such as Lola's cupcakes and the Farmshop Restaurant and Cafe.
