SMITH Derek Thomas (Titch) Passed away peacefully at home on 17th December 2023 age 85. Beloved Husband to Heather, Dad to Sara and Grace, Grampy to Jake, Tamsin, Sophie, Luke and Toby and Great Grampy to Alfie.
