POWELL David Passed away on 19th February 2023, aged 80 years. A much loved Husband, Dad and Gramp who will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 8th March 2023 in St Edburg's Church, Bicester at 12.30pm followed by the committal in North Oxfordshire Crematorium, Tackley at 2pm.
