The Site:

Perry Bishop are pleased to offer an opportunity to purchase a stable block, garden and pasture land with its own gated entrance.

Located discreetly, tucked away in the beautiful Toadsmoor Valley between Chalford and Stroud, the land and stables enjoy a picturesque and dramatic vista.

Arranged in a U shape around a courtyard the stables and stone outbuildings have a south westerly aspect facing out on to the garden, the pastureland (approx. 2 acres) is situated North of the Stables, surrounded by beautiful woodland.

Conversion of the stables (subject to planning) could create an outstanding property with private gardens and paddock.

The property is situated in this beautiful valley a few miles east of Stroud, with Bussage, a popular village just up the road.

Within half a mile there is a GP surgery, dental practice, a Tesco Express and a Boots Pharmacy, church and pub. Thomas Keble School at Eastcombe is close by and Cheltenham and Gloucester are within commuting distance.

There are regular bus services into nearby Stroud where there is a mainline station (Stroud) only ten minutes away with regular services into London Paddington. Convenient for further excellent schools including Stroud High, Marling in Stroud and Beaudesert Park at Minchinhampton. For shopping, Stroud has 3 major supermarkets as well as its award-winning Farmers market.

Proceed east on the A419 towards Cirencester. After about 2 miles turn left as signed to Eastcombe and follow the road up the Toadsmoor valley. Half way up the hill the road narrows and there is a set of traffic lights. Prepare to turn left here immediately after passing through the lights, into a little lane down into the valley. Continue down the hill and over the small bridge at the bottom, the entrance to the land is on the left behind a wooden gate.

Viewings by appointment only. Please contact the Land Department on 01285 646770 to arrange.
