NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE AT 6 - 8 CHURCH STREET, ESHER, SURREY KT10 8QS ("the Premises") The Licensing Act 2003
Take Notice that we CUVEE 8 LIMITED has applied to the Elmbridge Borough Council, as the Licensing Authority, on 12 March 2019 to vary a premises licence. This application is to vary the layout of the Premises in accordance with the submitted plan. The changes are (1) the replacement and relocation of the staircase on the ground floor (2) relocation of the bar on the ground floor (3) relocation of the front entrance door (4) enclosure of the flat roof and incorporation of rear storage area on the first floor (5) relocation of the bathrooms and cloakrooms and additional WC's on both floors (6) removal of kitchen space on the first floor (7) removal of all rear garden structures to create open garden space (8) removal of back door and replace with new patio doors on the ground floor.
This application may be viewed online at www.elmbridge.gov.uk/ licensing or by appointment with Environmental Services, Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD (Tel. 01372 474750) during normal office hours except on public holidays. Any person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing of his/her representations to the Licensing Officer, Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD by 11 April 2019 stating the grounds for making said representations to the Licensing Officer. A representation form is available to download or complete on the Council website at www.elmbridge.gov.uk and the Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representations in considering this application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application to vary a premises licence and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
