Take notice that application is being made by Mr. Marc Gabriel for planning permission to construct a new apartment building (following demolition of the existing house) which involves forming pedestrian access and relocated crossover on the grass verge to New Road.
The Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted is Elmbridge Borough Council Planning Services, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
