Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(C2036 Lea End Lane, Hopwood, Alvechurch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of C2036 Lea End Lane, Hopwood, Alvechurch from its junction with A441 Birmingham Road to its junction with U23204 Watery Lane in order to facilitate patching and resurfacing works by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A441 Birmingham Road, Redhill Road C2042, Clewshaw Lane C2042, Lea End Lane C2036, and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 12 February 2018.

(Stonehouse Lane, Hopwood, Alvechurch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of Stonehouse Lane, Hopwood, Alvechurch from its junction with Ash Lane to its junction with Watery Lane in order to facilitate patching and resurfacingworks byWCC.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Ash Lane, A441 Birmingham Road, C2036 Lea End Lane, Watery Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (within a 4 week period). Commencing: 12 February 2018.

(A441 Birmingham Road, Bordesley/Redditch)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of A441 Birmingham Road, Bordesley/Redditch from its junction with U22404 Weights Lane to its junction with A441 Alvechurch Bypass Roundaboutin order to facilitate carriagewayworks byWCC. Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A441 Alvechurch Bypass, A4040 Pershore Road, A435 Alcester Road South, A4023 Coventry Highway, A441 Alvechurch Highway and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (19:00pm -05:00am). Commencing: 5 March 2018.

(C2041 Hollywood Lane & Lea Green Lane, Hollywood/Wythall)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2041 Hollywood Lane & Lea Green Lane, Hollywood/Wythall from its junction with C2180 Alcester Road to its junction with C2036 Houndsfield Lane in order to facilitate patching surface dressing works by WCC. Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2180 Alcester Road and C2036 Houndsfield Lane. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days (within a 4 week period) Commencing: 1 March 2018.

(C2171 Dark Lane, Hollywood)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2171 Dark Lane, Hollywood from its junction with C2180 Alcester Road to its junction with C2040 Middle Lane in order to facilitate carriagewayworks byWCC.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2040 Middle Lane, C2036 Silver Street, C2180 Alcester Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 4 week period). Commencing: 7 March 2018.

(Borough ofRedditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (WaitingRestrictionsand Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Oxleasow Road, Redditch]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroad in Redditch:

OxleasowRoad(both sides)from apoint166 metres westofits junction with itself for a distance of 47 metres in a westerly direction; (south side turning head) (both

sides) for its entire length, a distance of21 metres in asoutherlydirection. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Heming Road (both sides) from a point 98 metres north of its southern most spur junction with itself for a distance of 150 metres in a northerly then north easterly direction; from apoint204 metres north eastofitsjunction with ClaybrookDrivefor adistance of165 metres in a north westerlythen south westerlydirection. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

Loxley Close (east side) from a point58 metres north ofits junction with itselffor adistance of6.6 metres in anortherlydirection.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
