WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Footpaths BG-505, Barnt Green and AV-526, Alvechurch)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017
Order made: to close that part of Footpaths BG-505, Barnt Green and AV-526, Alvechurch for their entire lengths. The Order has been made as a result of flooding repairs to replace a valve in the reservoir.
There are exemptions in the Order to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route - Bridleway BG-504, Barnt Green, C2043 Bittell Farm Road and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 13 December 2017.

(C2034 Rowney Green Lane, Rowney Green)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order:
to close that part of C2034 Rowney Green Lane, Rowney Green from its junction with C2001 Radford Road for a distance of 510 metres in a south easterly direction in order to facilitate the installation ofunderground cable works by Western Power. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where thereisno other form ofaccess;and to allowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 8 January 2018.

Worcestershire County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Madeley Road, Redditch]
On 30 November 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and sides of road in Redditch: Madeley Road (both sides) in its entirety from the roundabout with Ravens Bank Drive to the extent of the highway limits.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 14 December 2017.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them maybe questioned byapplication to the High Court within 6
weeks
from the date on which the Order was made.

Worcestershire County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Fringe Meadow Road
Redditch] On 30 November 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect ofwhich will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Redditch:
Fringe Meadow Road (both sides) from its junction with Ravensbank Drive for a distance of 27 metres in a south westerly direction; (northwest side) from its junction with Fringe Meadow Road (Centech Park Service Road) for a distance of 28 metres in a north easterly direction and 5 metres in a south westerly direction. Fringe Meadow Road (Centech Park Service Road) (both sides) from its junction with Fringe Meadow Road for a distance of 12 metres in a north westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 14 December 2017. Worcestershire County Council (U30005 Weavers Hill/Wadbury Hill, U30007 Feckenham Road and U30005 Tippings Hill, Redditch) (30 Mph Speed Limit)
Order 2018
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Redditch to 30 miles per hour:-
U30005 Weavers Hill/Wadbury Hill from a point 482 metres west of its junction with A441 Evesham Road to its junction with B4504 Enfield Road. U30007 Feckenham Road from its junction with U30005 Weavers Hill for a distance of 620 metres in a south westerly direction. U30005 Tippings Hill from its junction with U30007 Feckenham Road for a distance of 133 metres in anortherly direction. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. A copy of the draft Order, relevant maps and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs., B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 10 January 2018.

(Doebank Drive, Astwood Bank, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made:
to close that part of Doebank Drive, Astwood Bank, Redditch from its junction with Avenue Road for its entirety in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative route available.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 13 December 2017.

(Bridleway RD-750, Redditch) (Temporary Closure Order) 2017 Order made:
to close Bridleway RD-750, Redditch for its entire length. The Order has been made to facilitate Severn Trentworks. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route for pedestrians: is via U30016 Avenue Road, U30055 Badger Brook Lane and Footpath RD-752, Redditch and vice versa. Alternative route for horse riders and cyclists: - to follow diversion signs. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 3 days commencing on 13 December 2017(previously commencement date 18 December 2017 now amended).
