WORCESTER COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Bridley Moor Road, Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Redditch:
Bridley Mood Road (stub road) (both sides) from a point 5 metres south of its junction with Bridley Moor Road for a distance of 53 metres in a southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 26 July 2017.
(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Gibbs Road and Johnson Close, Redditch] On 15 June 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of
which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides
of roads in Redditch:
Gibbs Road (both sides) from its junction with Johnson Close for a distance of 65 metres in a north easterly direction; (south side) from its junction with Johnson Close for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction. Johnson Close (both sides) from its junction with Gibbs Close for a distance of 12 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 29 June 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order
may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall,
Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

On 15 June 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides
of roads in Redditch:
U30327 Feckenham Road (south east side) from its junction with U30337 Feckenham Road Service Road for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction and for a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction; (north west side) from its junction with U30328 Charles Street for a distance of 8 metres in a north easterly direction and for a distance of 16 metres in a south westerly direction. Feckenham Road Service Road (both sides) from its junction with U30327
Feckenham Road for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction. U30328
Charles Street (both sides) from its junction with U30327 Feckenham Road for a
distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

(C2001 Radford Road, Alvechurch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2001 Radford Road, Alvechurch from its
junction with C2034 Rowney Green Lane to its junction with U23203 Icknield Street in orderto facilitate fibre optic installation works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2034 Rowney Green Lane, C2035 Storrage Lane, U23203
Icknield Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 20 days Commencing: 24 July 2017.
(Crumpfields Lane, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of Crumpfields Lane, Redditch from its junction with C2060 Green Lane for a distance of 888 metres in a south westerly direction in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Norgrove Lane, C2079 Sillins Lane, C3060 Green Lane and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:
24 July 2017.
