Any representations on an application can be made using the Planning Online facility at the web address above or by emailing with the words "comments on application" followed by the application number in the subject box or by post marked for the attention of the Planning Section at the above address.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments can only be taken into account if they are available for public inspection before the application is decided.
