NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF EXTINGUISMENT OF BRIDLEWAY ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 257 REDDITCH BOROUGH COUNCIL EXTINGUISHMENT OF BRIDLEWAY ORDER 2016 (BRIDLEWAY NO. RD-518 (PART)) -ALVECHURCH HIGHWAY TOWN CENTRE, RIVERSIDE AND ABBEYDALE, REDDITCH
On the 13th October 2016 Redditch Borough Council confirmed the above order.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to extinguish the bridleway known as Bridleway No. RD-518 (Part).
Description of Existing Bridleway No.RD-518 (Part) to be Extinguished (as shown on Drawing No. P2112/14)
The section of Bridleway No.RD-518, for its full width, commencing at Point A (OSGB 404658, 267948) at the rear of Cropthorne, Lady Harriet's Lane on the limit of the highway boundary of Alvechurch Highway (A441), and running generally in a north easterly direction for 106 metres, to Point B (OSGB 404743, 268011) at the rear of No.28 Dale Road, and then turning and running generally in a south, south easterley direction for 163 metres,
terminating at Point C (OSGB 404831, 267874).
A copy of the Order and map may be seen or obtained free of charge at the Reception, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcestershire between the hours of 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
This order comes into force on the date on which Redditch Borough Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with. If any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 ofSchedule14 tothatAct.
