Modification Order 2022
The above Order, made on 21 st of April 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath, and modify the definitive map and statement for Worcestershire accordingly From a line running from: a junction with footpaths IB-660 and IB-669 at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SP 0161 5714. The footpath proceeds in a southerly direction to OSGR SP 0161 5701. To: a line running from a junction with footpath IB-671 OSGR SP 0170 5708. The footpath proceeds in a westerly direction for 30 metres to OSGR SP 0168 5708. Here, the footpath turns in a south southÂwesterly direction, through a gap in the fence line, for 75 metres to OSGR SP 0164 5701. The path then turns in a west northwesterly direction for 11 metres to OSGR SP 0163 5072 before turning in a west south-westerly direction for 18 metres to OSGR SP 0161 5701.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
