Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (District of Wychavon - Pershore) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2019 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Cherry Orchard, Pershore] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place time on the followi ng side and length of road in Pershore: Cherry Orchard (west side) from a point 29.5 metres from its junction with Apple Tree Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptionstoallow parking/access for certain purposes. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Station Road, Pershore, WR10 1PT and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. (District of Wychavon - Evesham) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2019 [Disabled Persons' Parking Places on Princess Road, Evesham] WorcestershireCountyCouncilaretoconsidermaking anOrdertheeffectofwhichwillbetocreate2disabled persons' parking places on the following sides and lengths of road in Evesham:-

Princess Road (eastside) from a point 34 metres south of its junction with Balmoral Close for a distance of 6.6 metres in a southerly direction; (west side) from a point 48 metres south of its junction with Balmoral Closeforadistanceof6.6metresinasoutherlydirection. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (whichprovidesforcivilenforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)andwillcontain exemptionstoallow parking/access for certain purposes. Reason: S278 Development Works Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthehighwayaffectedwherethereisnoother form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Salters Lane, A44 Evesham Road, U47205 Cherry Orchard Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 12 August 2019.

Order made: to close thatpartofU44400AbbeyLane from its junction with A4184 Abbey Road for its entire length.

Reason: Replace/Renew Manhole Cover/Frame. Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremises frontingthehighwayaffectedwherethereisnoother form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4184 Abbey Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 12 August 2019.

with U44723 ChestnutClose.

Reason: New/Replacement Gas Main. Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U44717 Marymans Road, U44720 Blossomfield Close, F40981, B4084 Pershore Road,

U44722 Church Road, U44723 Chestnut Close and

vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 16 days Commencing: 8 August 2019
