(Temporary Closure) Order 2019
Proposed Order: to close that part of U62416 Peachley
Lane from its junction with B4204 Sailors Bank to its
junction with U62418 Peachley Gardens.
Reason: New/Replacement Gas Main.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4204 Sailors Bank, U62417 Church
Lane, U62416 Peachley Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
4 days Commencing: 2 September 2019.

(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places)
Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2019
[Prohibition of Waiting and Restriction of Waiting
on Arundel Drive and Midhurst Close, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making
an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting
at any time on the following lengths and side of road
in Worcester:
Arundel Drive (south side) from the centre point of its
junction with Midhurst Close for a distance of 17.5 metres
in an easterly direction and 13.3 metres in a westerly direction.
Restrict waiting Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm:-
Arundel Drive (north side) from its junction with
Midhurst Close for a distance of 8.7 metres in an easterly
direction and 10.7 metres in a westerly direction; Midhurst
Close (all sides) in its entirety.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain
exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes
and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of
Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected
at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The
Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester WR1 3PB and
County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during
normal office hours. Any objections/representations
you may have must be sent in writing to me at County
Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to
be received by 5 September 2019.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and
Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011
(Variation) Order 2019 [Prohibition of Waiting and
Revocation of Limited Waiting and Restriction of
Waiting on Farrier Street, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making
an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting
at any time on the following length and side of road
in Worcester:-
Farrier Street (west side) from a point 78 metres south
of its junction with Castle Street for a distance of
20 metres in a southerly direction.
Revoke restriction of waiting 8.00am - 6.30pm
Monday - Saturday (west side) from a point 78 metres
south of its junction with Castle Street for a distance of
8 metres in a southerly direction.
Revoke limited waiting 45 minutes no return within
2 hours 8.00am - 6.30pm Monday - Saturday (west side)
from a point 86 metres south of its junction with Castle
Street for a distance of 12 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions

(C2070 Suckley Road, Knightwick)(Temporary
Closure) Order 2019
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2070 Suckley
Road from its junction with A44 Bromyard Road to its
junction with C1313 Suckley Road.
Reason: Duct Clearance.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route:- A44 Bromyard Road, Malvern Road,
C1313 Suckley Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days Commencing: 2 September 2019.
(Footpath NC-550, North Claines)(Temporary
Closure) Order 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by
Worcestershire County Council on 23 August 2017 the
effect of which is to close that part of Footpath NC-550,
North Claines from its junction with Rossendale Close
to its junction with C2138 Dilmore, which was due to
expire on 9 August 2019 has been continued in force
with the approval of the Secretary of State for the
Department Transport until the works to which
it relates have been completed or until 9 February 2020
whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require
the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made to facilitate new housing
development works.
Alternative route: is via Footpath NC-550 (part),
U41008 Station Road, U41018 Shrawley Road, U41022
Dilmore Avenue, footpath NC-551, North Claines, and
C2138 Dilmore Lane, and vice versa..
(Footpaths SG-517 and SG-519, St Peter The Great,
Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by
Worcestershire County Council on 31 January 2019 the
effect of which is to close Footpaths SG-517 and
SG-519, St Peter The Great, Worcester for their entire
lengths, which was due to expire on 15 August 2019 has
been continued in force with the approval of the
Secretary of State for the Department Transport until
the works to which it relates have been completed or until
15 August 2021 whichever is sooner. Any further extension
will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made due to the likelihood
of danger to the public during the construction of the
Worcester Southern Link Road Phase 4 Scheme.
Alternative route: – Footpath SG-518, Footways of the
A38 Road, Footpaths KP-570, KP-567, KP-566, U60021
Rookery Road, U60020 Lyfs Lane, U60018 Church Street,
Footpaths KP-583, KP-501 and vice versa.
(Grisedale Drive, Worcester)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2019
Order made: to close that part of Grisedale Drive from
its junction with Junction with Patterdale Drive to its
junction with Junction with Windermere Drive.
Reason: New/Replacement Water Main.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Windermere Drive, Tolladine Road,
Windermere Drive and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
19 days Commencing: 12 August 2019.
(Link Footpath F60294, Kempsey) (Temporary
Closure) Order 2019
Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath
F60294, from its junction with A38 Main Road to its
junction with U60014 Meadow Close.
Reason: Footway Reconstruction Works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U60014 Meadow Close, C2220 Old
Road South, C2220 Squires Walk, A38 Main Road and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days. Commencing: 2 September 2019.
(C2067 Bell Lane, Lower Broadheath)(Temporary
Closure) Order 2019
Order made: to close that part of C2067 Bell Lane from
its junction with B4204 Martley Road to its junction with
C2066 Broadheath Common.
Reason: Footway Reconstruction.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2066 Ankerdine Road, C2066
Sledgemoor, C2066 Cobblers Corner, C2066 Broadwas,
C2066 Newtown, C2238 Newtown, C2238 Willow Road,
C2238 Wichenford, B4204 Wichenford, B4204 Kenswick,

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
15 days Commencing: 13 August 2019.
(C2010 New Road, North Piddle)(Temporary
Closure) Order 2019
Order made: to close that part of C2010 New Road
from its junction with A422 Alcester Road to its junction
with U43207 Kington Lane.
Reason: Carriageway Patching.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2010 Alcester Road, C2011
Evesham Road, A422 Worcester Road, A422 Alcester
Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
15 days Commencing: 14 August 2019.
(Buttermere Drive, Worcester)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2019
Order made: to close that part of Buttermere Drive
from its junction with U51222 Grisedale Drive to its
junction with U51200 Windermere Drive.
Reason: New/Replacement Water Main
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U51200 Windermere Drive, U51200
Tolladine Road, U51221 Patterdale Drive, U51222
Grisedale Drive and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
24 days Commencing: 28 August 2019.
