WINMAN William James (Bill) Passed away peacefully on 24th October 2021. Aged 85 years. Beloved husband of the late Gladys. Twin brother of the late Michael. Loving Dad, Grampy and Great Grampy Scampy. Will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service at Banbury Crematorium on Friday 26th November at 12noon. Family flowers only.
