HOVARD H.R. (Harry) Passed away peacefully on 30th October 2019 aged 92 years. He taught in Bicester for 40 years, was the last Chairman of the Urban District Council and the first Town Mayor. Funeral service at Oxford Crematorium on Monday 25th November 2019 at 12 noon. No flowers by request, but donations if desired in aid of Save the Children, c/o L. Hartness Funeral Service, 11 Victoria Road, Bicester OX26 6QD The family are providing transport between the Littlebury Hotel and the crematorium for those who wish it.
