PARKER Thomas Edward Arthur 'Tom' Passed away on 1st September 2019 in Cheney House, leaving his Wife Joan, Daughter Carol, Son-in-law Charlie, Grandaughters Michelle, Charlene and Sarah and her Husband Howard, and his beloved Great Grandaughter Lillie. He will be sadly missed. The funeral service will take place in Banbury Crematorium on Monday 23rd September 2019 at 12noon.
