OXFORD lent hosts Farnham Royal two players, but still scored ten tries in a 62-0 romp in the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Championship.

In his last game before moving to Cambridge, Javier Martinez scored Oxford’s first try.

Ali Gibb went over for his second consecutive hat-trick, while other efforts came from Will Boyes (2), Tommy Pritchard, Ryan Walsh, Phil Gleeson and fly half George Hanley, who added 11 points from the boot.

Wheatley signed off with a win beating resilient hosts Faringdon 24-10.

The visitors led 10-3 at the break thanks to a try under the posts from Joe Hobbdale plus a conversion and penalty from Aaron Laman.

As the fog descended, Wheatley stretched their lead to 24-3 thanks two tries from Ian Downer, both of which Laman converted.

Faringdon scored a converted try before the end, as Wheatley suffered two injury blows.

Meanwhile, Littlemore romped to an 84-3 success over struggling Harwell, while Chipping Norton routed visitors Aldermaston 60-0.

In the Berks Bucks & Oxon Premier Division, Didcot scrambled to a 16-15 success at home to Hungerford.
