MATT Williams is calling on his Chinnor players to win "at all costs" as they look to end their barren start to the season at Dorking tomorrow.

Chinnor are third from bottom in National League 2 South, having lost their first four matches.

Injuries have played their part, but director of rugby Williams is calling on those fit to start to step up.

He said: "The guys need to dig in hard and give me that 20 per cent extra to grind that win out.

"I don't care if we win it 3-0, it is about winning at all costs."

He added: "The boys are fully aware that they need to produce a win this weekend.

"I feel we have got a team more than capable to go and win at Dorking."

Fly half Will Millett, who began his career at the club, starts after joining on loan from Nottingham.

Junior Fatialofa, Greg Goodfellow, Andy Darlington, Paul Spivey and Ben Manning are named in the XV.

Head coach Pete Davies says Henley Hawks are still learning about the challenges of playing in National League 1.

Hawks have faced three of the top four-placed teams in the opening month and sit third from bottom with seven points.

They go in search of their first home win tomorrow against Wharfedale.

Davies said: "The first four rounds have been four of the toughest teams in the league.

"So to have come out of that with seven points we're quite happy, although we are not massively impressed with our own performance – we need to do better.

“It’s just a little bit of accuracy in our play.

“The margin for error is very small and teams will punish you when you make mistakes.

“It is a bit of a learning curve.”

Lloyd Owen makes his debut, while Fred Pierrepoint, Charlie Davey, Curtis Langdon and Henry Sandys all start.
