Dan Spencer scored ten points as Bicester edged out Beaconsfield 15-13 at Oxford Road in Southern Counties North on Saturday.
The victory was Bicester’s second only success of the season.
Spencer and James Grosvenor went over for tries, with the former kicking a conversion and a penalty.
Alchester remained rooted to the bottom after a sixth straight defeat – this time a 39-10 reverse at High Wycombe.
Charlie Surman scored a try, with Tom Miles converting and adding a penalty, but it was not enough for the visitors.
