Matty Duncalf scored a hat-trick of tries as Bicester claimed local bragging rights with a 36-16 victory over Alchester at Oxford Road in Southern Counties North.
Tim Farrow added a brace, with Steve Miller also crossing over in the six-try victory.
Dan Spencer slotted three conversions as Bicester went ninth after their first win of the term.
Alchester prop up the table without a point from their four matches.
Meli Rakacaia scored two tries for the visitors, with Tom Miles kicking two penalties.
