Bicester can look forward to derbies with Alchester again next season after securing the second promotion spot.
They are guaranteed to finish runners-up in BB&O Premier Division after being handed a walkover by Farnham Royal, who were unable to field a side.
Although Hungerford can match Bicester’s 75 points tally, they would still finish below them on games won.
Alchester will finish above Wallingford in Southern Counties North after a 36-5 win over them in their final match of the season.
Dan Kimber opened the scoring after a driving maul, Tom Miles adding a conversion and a penalty.
Wallingford replied with a Ben Selwood try, but Alchester got a second via Souava Rakikiki and had others disallowed for forward passes.
However, Tom Barnes, Tom Iles and Adam White completed the visitors’ try tally, while Miles finished with four conversions.
